Quotes are based on client-provided vehicle dimensions and weight profiles.
Compliance
All transport nodes operate under DOT/FMCSA legal safety protocols.
Liability
Insured coverage up to $5M per high-value vehicle load units.
1. Operational Acceptance
By utilizing the A1 Logistics terminal for vehicle logistics, you agree to provide authentic and verifiable documentation for all items in transit. We reserve the right to decline loads that exceed safety vector parameters or lack proper clearance nodes.
2. Quote Volatility
Logistics quotes generated are valid for a period of 72 hours. Fuel surcharges are calculated based on real-time market indices and may fluctuate until the transport contract is officially locked in the dispatch grid.
3. Transit Schedules
While we strive for 99.98% timing precision, delivery windows are estimates based on terrain, traffic infrastructure, and seasonal weather patterns. A1 Logistics is not liable for indirect costs associated with transit node delays due to force majeure.
4. Settlement Protocol
Settlement Protocol must be cleared prior to dispatch unless a corporate credit node has been pre-authorized by our financial department. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of our Global/USA-based legal HQ.
